This Vultee BT-13A Valiant is painted to represent an aircraft based at Tuskegee Army Air Field to honor the Tuskegee Airmen. The right side of the aircraft bears the name of General Benjamin O. Davis Jr., the left side that of Colonel Charles E. McGee.
